Milagro Moon Fine Soaps



For nearly four years Milagro Moon Fine Soaps have been making their way around New Mexico, the country and even, occasionally, the world. Our soaps began with surplus milk from our first two LaMancha goats, Buddy (of Buddy’s Spicy Oat fame) and Fancy. The goats were providing us with such a wonderful raw product, we had to take advantage of it!

Our soaps are always all-natural and contain over 20% fresh goat’s milk.  The next most prominent ingredient is olive oil for gentleness to the skin and for a suitably solid bar of soap. Canola, coconut, castor, almond and jojoba oils round out the recipe with their own unique characteristics, and we use only pure essential oils for fragrance. Our rich LaMancha goat milk gives Milagro Moon Fine Soaps the silkiness you should expect from a high-quality goat’s milk soap.

Fleece & Fiber

Milagro Moon Ranch offers raw and processed alpaca and mohair fiber, depending on each season’s supply.  After spring shearing we select the best of our fiber and send it off to be mill washed and carded and turning into roving, reading for spinning and felting.  At times we also have yarn available.  All of our roving and yarn comes in natural, undyed colors.  We currently have a good supply of both roving and yarn – please call for prices and color availability.

BEAUTIFUL HANDMADE SCARVES -- DELICATELY FELTED FLEECE & FIBERS
Add something soft and ephemeral to a favorite outfit with a delicate felted alpaca scarf. Made to order in the color combination of your choice. May include novelty yarns, silk or other natural fibers worked in. Each scarf is a beautiful one-of-a-kind creation. Hand-made here at the ranch, we make every effort to use primarily fiber from our own animals, or at least fiber from animals grown here in New Mexico or Colorado. Although these scarves are quite thin and light, they can be used for warmth. An artistic accessory, each scarf should be worn with care. Hand wash only. Lightly iron. FELTED DOLLS
Each one with its own personality, these delicate dolls are a mix of natural-colored and dyed fibers.  They are made with a combination of wet felting and needle felting, and no two are ever alike.  You can let us know if you have a preference for skin, hair and dress color.  Each measures approximately 5” tall.  Call for availability and to purchase.  Price:  $12.50
