Our Guarantee

We want happy customers! If you are unhappy with your product purchase in any way, please return it within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price. Mail us the product that you are returning, together with a copy or your receipt and the reason for your return. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Our return policy for livestock (goats, alpacas, etc.) is different. Please contact us for details.

Payment Options

We accept PayPal, most major credit cards, electronic checks, personal checks, and Money Orders. Orders paid for by personal check will not ship until the check has cleared our bank. A $35.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks. To pay by personal check or Money Order, please place your order by telephone. PayPal payments are accepted via this Web site or via PayPal's "send money" option. Credit card payments and electronic checks are accepted via this Web site only, and are processed via this Web site's shopping cart (we're sorry, we cannot accept credit card payments or electronic checks via the telephone).

Shipping

Product orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. We will notify you if we are unable to package and ship your items within that timeframe. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate mail. Average delivery time is 2 to 3 days. APO/FPO delivery for US military personnel who reside in other countries is available at the same Priority Mail rates. International customers: please contact us for rates and availability. Note that international customers pay all duties/tariffs/VAT, etc.
